A board certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Jonathan Blake has experience with an extensive range of procedures and treatments. With a style that has been described as knowledgeable and direct, Dr. Blake quickly puts patients at ease. A skilled surgeon, he explores minimally invasive options such as pain injections and arthroscopically assisted procedures whenever possible before determining surgery is appropriate.
Dr. Blake earned his medical degree and completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo. He also completed residencies in pediatric orthopedics at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo., and in traumatology at the University Medical Center of Nevada in Las Vegas. He is a member of Psi Sigma Alpha Academic Honor Society and the American Osteopathic Association.
