Jerseyville – Walk-in Clinic

COVID Appointments

Since the Covid-19 Pandemic began, the JCH Walk-In Clinic has always put patient and staff safety first. To keep our Covid-suspect patients safe and make sure staff are fully protected, we utilize different sides of the clinic. Patients with any Covid-like symptoms are asked to call and schedule an appointment. They can make an appointment by dialing the JCH Call Center at 618-498-2273 or the Walk-In Clinic at 618-639-9255. Patients are sent a registration link before arriving to the clinic to be completed before the appointment. Patients are asked to call the clinic when they arrive letting staff know what spot they are parked in before coming into a designated testing area.

Patients with non-Covid related needs, such as ear pain, sprains, etc. do not need to call before arriving and enter thru the main waiting room entrance. They are registered at the counter and are examined on a first come first serve basis. If a patient comes into the WIC space with Covid-symptoms, we will have them return to their cars and will do our best to accommodate them.

Questions regarding CDC Isolation and Quarantine Guidelines, please call the JCH COVID Hotline, 618-498-4277.
