The Human Resources Department is available to answer questions you may have regarding position openings at Jersey Community Hospital. You may contact the HR Department at 618-498-8372. Completed applications remain in our active file for 1-year.


A printable version of our employment application is available online. This form was designed to be printed and filled out by the applicant. The completed form may be returned to Human Resources in person or via mail. Jersey Community Hospital will not be responsible for sensitive information intercepted by third parties, so the employment application will NOT be accepted as an e-mail attachment. This application is a copyrighted form, not to be altered or used by third parties.
