regarding position openings at Jersey Community Hospital. You
may contact the HR Department at 618-498-8372. Completed
applications remain in our active file for 1-year.

completed form may be returned to Human Resources in person or via mail. Jersey
Community Hospital will not be responsible for sensitive information
