The CARECALL console is easily installed in your house or apartment. Simply by touching a button on the console or pressing a button on a lightweight remote control pendant you wear, the system is immediately activated. Your call is automatically placed to our Monitoring Center staffed 24-hours-a-day by professionals. Within seconds, a friendly voice will respond to your call for help or companionship.

The attendant will know who you are and will have your medical history. The center will have telephone numbers of people you have selected in advance, as well as emergency numbers of your local ambulance, fire or police department. All this will appear on a computer screen in less than one minute from the time your call is placed.

The CARECALL Monitoring Center provides a 24-hour service, so you can always be in contact. Families can be assured that their loved ones always have access to the Monitoring Center service in case of an emergency.
